Farbpalette Profile Wir sind in der Lage, unsere Radschützer in fast allen Farben zu produzieren. Es gibt mehrere Techniken, wie ein Radschutz farbig werden kann: Gefärbter Kunststoff Hierzu wird Farbgranulat unter das CAB bzw. PET gemischt, welches das Profil einfärbt. Profile können deckend (z.B. weiß 10, schwarz 30) oder transluzent (z.B. chromet 22, grey 32) eingefärbt werden. Farbige oder geprägte Folien in das Profil extrudieren Bei dieser Technik werden Folien in bestimmten Farben oder Prägungen direkt in das Profil mit hinein extrudiert. Beispiele sind die Folien Escher, Brushed oder Rhombus. Gefärbter Kunststoff mit Folie Die beiden oben beschriebenen Techniken können auch kombiniert werden. So ist bei der Farbe “34” (brushed/escher/brushed in light-grey-metallic) außen jeweils eine Folie im Brushed-Design und in der Mitte eine im Escher-Design eingezogen. Der Kunststoff selbst ist “light-grey-metallic” ein- gefärbt. Sollten Sie eine Farbe wünschen, welche noch nicht in unserem Sortiment ist, sprechen Sie uns bitte an. Available Colours of Profiles We are able to produce our mudguards in almost any color. There are several different techniques on how a mudguard can be coloured: Colored plastic In this possibility, a masterbatch (coloring agent) is added to the PET or CAB pellets, which makes the profile look coloured. The colour can either be solid (e.g. our white “10” or black “30”) or translucent (e.g. our chromet “22” or grey “32”). Coloured or printed aluminum foils Here special aluminum foils, which are coloured or printed are extruded right into the profile. Examples are the foils Escher, Brushed or Rhombus. Coloured plastic and printed foils The above mentioned techniques can also be combined. Our colour “34” (brushed/escher/brushed in light-grey-metallic) is an example. Here the side foils are brushed and the middle is in escher execution, extruded in a light-grey-metallic profile.
